The Four Winds Yoga 200 Hour
In-Depth Yoga Teacher Training Sept 08 - May 09
In-Depth Yoga Teacher Training

Open to all students who aspire to be yoga teachers, students who wish to deepen their practice and experience of yoga, as well as health care professionals and current yoga teachers seeking to hone their skills.

OVERVIEW
Jill Gutowski and Michael Brantl have created a highly experiential 200 hour hatha yoga training to learn and develop skills in becoming a compelling and authentic yoga teacher. Learn how an asana practice, mindfully and skillfully taught, can be a tool of personal and global transformation. You do not have to become a teacher to participate.

Conducted over one weekend a month for 9 months, it is designed to provide a safe, dynamic and experiential learning environment with time for integration and practice of material learned. The program consists of both practice and training. Practice includes meditation, chanting and intensive yoga. Training sessions will include lecture, practice teaching, skill-building exercises, journal writing and self-reflective visualization exercises.
