Level System

Introduction to Yoga: A pre-registered class for those new to yoga, new to Forrest yoga, or for those who need a “refresher course”. View Intro to Yoga schedule

Intensives: For the focused and dedicated student to explore more deeply their physical, mental and emotional edges with the essential elements of Forrest yoga: breath, strength, integrity and spirit. View Intensive schedule.

Yoga Basics: Designed for beginners. Emphasis is on alignment of postures and cultivation of breath awareness.

Level 1: Basic postures and breath-work in a challenging class designed to build strength, flexibility and concentration. Completion of the Introduction To Yoga Course or 6 months of Yoga Basics class is suggested.

Levels 1 & 2: A strong class for ongoing and intermediate students.

Level 2: For ongoing students who want to deepen their yoga practice with interim to advanced arm balances, inversions, backbends, abdominals and pranayama.

All Levels: Strong medium paced class with options provided for beginning and advanced students.
