
Intro to Yoga Course |

| Using Forrest Yoga techniques and breath awareness, you
will learn in six class sessions how a
mindful yoga practice can give you more energy
and help you develop greater strength, flexibility
and inner awareness. A supportive environment is offered and open
discussion invited during this workshop. Each student will be encouraged
to explore the safe and correct way to work in each posture. You will
learn how to use yoga to address your own unique
health issues and personal concerns as well as how to assimilate
the changes you will begin to experience during your three week commitment.
